We collect information from you for four reasons only:

2.) To ship your products to you
3.) To email you promotions from our company ONLY, and no others
4.) If the government requires this information from us for any legal reason.
Under no circumstances, will we give away, sell, or transfer your information (including e-mail addresses, home addresses, phone numbers, personal information, and credit card numbers) that we collect to, another individual, company, corporation, or third party.

PERSONAL ACCOUNTS
cmRobot Corporation reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at their sole discretion. If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
* We require that minors under the age of 18 purchase our products only with a guardian present.
1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
cmRobot Corporation warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year. If you discover a defect, cmRobot Corporation will, at its option, repair, replace, or refund the purchase price.
We strive to ship only perfect products to our customers and in the event that a product arrives w/ a damaged part from us, we will definitely work with you to replace it. We will also be honest and fair as long as you're honest and fair with us.
After 1 year, products can still be sent in for repair or replacement, but there will be a $10.00 USD minimum inspection/labor/repair fee (not including return shipping and handling charges).
15-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
If, within 15 days of having received your product, you find that it does not suit your needs, you may return it for a refund.
cmRobot Corporation will refund the purchase price of the product in the same payment form, excluding shipping/handling costs, and a 3% credit card processing fee (that we are charged at the time you place the order), once the product is received and verified by cmRobot Corporation that all contents are accounted for and in original working order.
This refund does not apply if the product has been altered or damaged. If you do decide to return the products after the 15-day evaluation period, a 15% restocking fee will be charged against the credit.
RETURNS
When returning a product, you must first call or email for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)number. No packages will be accepted without the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
After inspecting and testing, we will return your product, or its replacement using the same shipping method used to ship the product to cmRobot Corporation within 30 days.
If a warranty applies, and we have to ship your item back to you, it's free of charge. In your package, please include a daytime telephone number and a brief explanation of the problem.

DISCLAIMER
Any product which has been ALTERED, MODIFIED, or DAMAGED voids our warranty on any and all products. cmRobot Corporation makes no other warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness of the product for any particular purpose even if that purpose is known to cmRobot Corporation, or any warranty relating to patents, trademarks, copyrights or other intellectual property. cmRobot Corporation shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or loss of profits resulting from the handling or use of the product shipped. Our products should not be used in any life-threatening, life-critical, or life-supporting products.
A finance charge of 1.75% per month (21% APR) will be charged on all past due amounts. All attorney fees will also be charged by cmRobot Corporation in the event of any action proceeding for collection of the sums billed on the invoice.
Anyone suspected of purchasing products from cmRobot Corporation using a fraudulent or stolen credit or debit cards will be turned into the our gateway credit processing company and the Internet Fraud Complaint Center (IFCC - www.ifccfbi.gov).
Furthermore, by using this site, you have agreed that jurisdiction for any actions regarding this site, www.cmrobot.com or cmRobot Corporation will be held in our home county.
